Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Holly reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.
Sizing
When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. For further advice on sizing please contact Holly directly and she will be happy to assist.
Payment
All products remain the property of Holly O’Hanlon Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Holly O’Hanlon Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Delivery items
Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. If a piece will take any longer to
dispatch, Holly will be in touch to advise an estimated dispatch date. Some items are made-to-order, including all rings and bespoke requests. Dispatch time will depend on the piece. This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop. If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Holly and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.
Postage
Shipping is handled by different carriers based on location. UK orders ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery with next-day delivery if ordered before 3PM, free with any purchase. EU countries receive orders in 2–3 working days via UPS/FedEx for £20. The rest of the world receives delivery in 2–3 working days via UPS/FedEx for £70.
If you need a faster service this can usually be arranged but will be at an additional cost. Please get in touch directly at hi@hollyohanlon.com to discuss options.
Your order will be shipped in Holly O’Hanlon branded packaging in an unbranded external envelope or box. If you would like a hand written gift note please get in touch and I will arrange this for you. A signature will be required upon receipt so please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. If no one is available a calling card will be left which will advise on collection or re-delivery.
Once I have sent your parcel I will forward the tracking details onto you via email. Please be aware that delivery costs as stated above do not include import taxes or customs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your products are destined. Holly O’Hanlon will not be liable for any breach or misconduct. We are also not responsible for any costs incurred due to customs delays.
All delivery times are subject to the availability of the courier. The delivery times stated above are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Holly O'Hanlon and/or the courier are not liable for any delays or responsible for any compensation if orders arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

If you are based in or around London, you are welcome to collect your piece from The Goldsmiths’ Centre where I am based. Please find full address and opening hours below:

Please note, the centre is not open on the weekends.
Please contact me once you have bought your piece and we can make arrangements for collection. If arrangements have been made but you have already paid for shipping on the website, I will happily refund this cost.
Delivery times
If the piece is in stock and ready to ship, please follow the chart above to ascertain delivery times frames. If the piece is not in stock but is a collection piece, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of order. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks but you will be notified if this applies to your order.If you have limited time please get in touch with me directly to discuss pieces which are ready to ship. The Ready To Ship page will also be updated regularly.
Returns and exchange
Online orders are entitled to an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of purchase, minus postage and packaging charges. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Please inform me of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible. When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer. All purchases made on sale items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns in store or online of commissioned, customised or personalised pieces. Pierced earrings are also non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Credit notes will be sent via email once the piece has been returned, these can be used online and in person.
Cancellation
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Holly via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Holly within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
